After completing his military obligation in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict in 1971, John McClaren began his career in the automobile business. He worked for three different Chevrolet dealers in sales and management before buying his own dealership in 1988 from the Woody Jackson family. Starting with 7 employees, the dealership has continued to grow over the years and to date has 46 employees. He contributes his success to surrounding himself with great employees and offering “world class” customer service in both the sales and service departments.
